Who I am

Practical compliance.
Reliable operations.

I am a UK-based SHEQ professional with practical experience supporting health, safety, environmental, and quality performance across operational and construction environments.

My experience includes RAMS, incident investigation, workplace inspections, audits, contractor management, compliance monitoring, and management-system improvement.

I apply relevant UK legislation, HSE guidance, Approved Codes of Practice (ACOPs), and recognised industry standards in a practical and proportionate way. My focus is on effective risk control, workforce engagement, clear accountability, and continual improvement.

I believe effective SHEQ management should go beyond documentation. It should be understood by the people doing the work, embedded into everyday operations, and supported by clear evidence that controls are working.
